Mr. Joju Madathumpady Johny is a seasoned financial professional with more than a decade of extensive experience in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and other financial institutions. His career spans multiple financial domains, including secured and unsecured lending, asset financing, deposit mobilization, and financial risk management. With a solid academic foundation in commerce from Calicut University, Kerala, he has developed a keen understanding of financial operations, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric financial services. His expertise in NBFC operations, microfinance, and cooperative financial institutions has enabled him to drive business growth while ensuring adherence to financial regulations and best practices. Mr Joju’s strong leadership and strategic vision have allowed him to successfully manage financial portfolios, enhance customer engagement, and implement risk mitigation strategies. His in-depth knowledge of the financial ecosystem makes him a valuable asset to any organization in the financial services sector. Mr.Joju is also Director in Palma Development Finance Private Limited.

Lt. Col. Velayudhanpillai Harikumar is a seasoned technocrat with a total of 35 years (20 Years with Indian Army in the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (EME) and 15 years with Corporates) of qualitative experience in the entire gamut of Operations of Multiple Manufacturing Plants, Sales & Marketing, Setting up of New Manufacturing Facilities.

CA Sivadas Chettoor holds a Degree of Bachelors of Commerce and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Post Graduate in Law. He is practicing as a Chartered Accountant and Managing Partner in Sivadas C and Company. He possesses over 35 years of Experience in Audit of various Nationalized Banks and Scheduled Banks, Private Limited and Public Limited companies, Partnership Firms, Public Sector Undertakings, Government Departments, Trusts, Insurance company and other entities. He is an expert in Direct and Indirect tax consultancy, planning and representations before various Appellate Authorities of various levels. He is a Visiting Lecturer in Calicut University, Calicut, Victoria College, Palakkad, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Amrita Business School, Cochin and in other various private educational institutions. He was the Past President of Palghat Management Association and Past Member of Institute of Directors, New Delhi CA Sivadas Chettoor is also Director in Popees Cares Limited and NTC Finance Private Limited.

CA Julie George Varghese holds a Degree of Bachelors of Commerce and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She also hold post qualification Diploma in Systems Audit and Forensic Accounting & Fraud Prevention by ICAI. She possesses 11 years of experience as practicing Chartered Accountant. CA Julie George Varghese is also Director in Abate As Industries Limited.
